 Joseph DiSorbo is Founder and CEO of Webgistix Corporation, a leading provider of outsourced e-commerce order fulfillment.
Joe is a successful entrepreneur and business executive with more than 17 years of experience in senior management. Joe founded Webgistix in 2001 in Palo Alto, CA to help ecommerce retailers manage their supply chains more efficiently and strategically. Webgistix’s innovative cloud-based services automate and accelerate order fulfillment. Today, Webgistix has hundreds of customers in dozens of countries on five continents. Webgistix is on track for continued rapid growth.
Prior to starting Webgistix, Joe founded StudentPlanet.com, a Palo Alto, CA based Internet company focused on the higher-education market which he sold in 2000. Joe has started several additional companies in and out of the technology space.
Previously, Joe was vice president of finance and operations for Cutco Korea. Based in Seoul, Korea, Joe oversaw sales offices, facilities, warehouse operations, and IT across 23 branch offices throughout Korea. In addition, he launched Cutco’s operations in the Philippines. While at CUTCO, Joe also held roles in international business development and engineering.
Joe holds Bachelor degrees in Economics and Geography, Master degrees in Finance and International Business, and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School (OPM41). Joe is a member of YPO (Young President's Organization).
Joe is an avid golfer and world traveler.
Becky Wood - Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager, Webgistix West Coast Fulfillment Center

Becky is the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Webgistix West Coast Fulfillment Center in Nevada.
Becky is an international corporate executive with 18 years of management experience in Asia and Silicon Valley establishing, leading, and optimizing corporate communications and marketing organizations while working directly for top executives at publicly traded enterprise software and hardware companies, including EMC Corporation, Borland Software Corporation and Red Hat.
Prior to joining Webgistix, Becky was on the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) senior leadership team for EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC). In that role, Becky ran communications, public relations, and executive initiatives in the areas of C-level customer engagement programs and events, as well as sales training and motivation events for top sales achievers in APJ.
Becky started her career in public relations working on B2B and B2C technology clients for the global firm Weber Shandwick and investor relations firm Morgen Walke & Associates.
Becky holds an M.A. and B.A. from the University of Notre Dame where she competed as a Division 1 NCAA ranked swimmer and was a University record holder in several events. Becky was also a national record holder in Masters swimming.
Kyle Henzel - Vice President and General Manager, Webgistix East Coast Fulfillment Center

Kyle is the Vice President and General Manager of Webgistix responsible for leading the company-wide fulfillment center/warehouse operations, customer support, and finance teams as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Webgistix East Coast Fulfillment Center in New York.
Kyle is an experienced Webgistix executive known for his customer focus, industry knowledge, and expertise across all Webgistix departments. Kyle joined Webgistix in 2001 as the Director of Operations responsible for delivering on the Webgistix Service Guarantee for fast and accurate order fulfillment to meet the needs of rapidly growing eCommerce retailers. Previously Kyle was the Director of Operations at StudentPlanet.com, and worked at McHone Industries in customer service.
Kyle is an active member of his local community, serving on the Board of Directors as the Vice-Chair at The Rehabilitation Foundation since 2003 and the Board of Directors on the Olean City School District Foundation since 2008. He also served as the President of Bartlett Country Club from 2008-2010 and chairs three annual golf tournaments that benefit local community organizations, including those that serve the elderly, children and special needs individuals.
Kyle earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green University where he competed in golf at the NCAA Division One Level.
Carolyn Mitchell - Director of Business Development

Carolyn is the Director of Business Development at Webgistix responsible for leading new business development and implementations for eCommerce retailers who outsource their order fulfillment to Webgistix.
Carolyn is known for her knowledge of the Webgistix cloud-based SmartFill platform, her relationships with key shipping carrier account executives, and her responsiveness and attention to detail in working with eCommerce retailers to help them realize lower shipping costs and faster delivery times.
Carolyn joined Webgistix in 2009 with an extensive background in customer service and corporate training. Prior to joining Webgistix, Carolyn held management roles in customer service and training at Credit One and Starbucks. Prior to Starbucks, she was with Nextel Partners where she held several roles in customer service and sales training. At Nextel, she also managed the Las Vegas fulfillment center with more than 25 team members.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Rhetoric and Communications with an emphasis in Corporate Training from Kansas State University.
Shiva Raju - Director of IT & Development

Shiva is the Director of IT and software development responsible for Webgistix SmartFill, the eCommerce industry’s leading order fulfillment platform. Known for its ease of use, SmartFill is a Cloud based solution that provides the information that gives eCommerce retailers control and visibility over their outsourced fulfillment operations.
Shiva and his team are responsible for delivering the Webgistix technology innovations that make the entire order fulfillment process fast and seamless for fast-growing eCommerce retailers. The Webgistix IT team delivers ongoing development and support for SmartFill, including integrations with industry leading eCommerce shopping carts such 3D Cart, Big Commerce, Magento, Miva, NetSuite, Shopify and Volusion SmartFill’s integrations with industry leading shopping carts and delivery of industry firsts, including the Webgistix Automatic Accuracy Guarantee, as well as joint eCommerce order fulfillment platforms with business partners in Asia, including eBay China.
With more than 20 years experience in the IT industry across multiple industries, including third party logistics, Shiva has extensive experience in software architecture, design, development, management and consulting. Prior to joining Webgistix he held roles Keane, Inc., Analysts International Corporation (AIC), Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, and NextWave Wireless.
Shiva holds a Master’s of Science degree with an emphasis in Artificial Intelligence and Artificial Neural Networks from the University of Texas at Austin.
